If it isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return.
It needs to come back unused and in its original packaging, with your receipt or order number.
Made to order colours are powder coated for your order, so those fall outside the 30 day window. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned either.
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, tell us as soon as it lands and we'll put it right. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
To start a return, email info@warmthology.com or call 0161 808 8810. Once we've approved it, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
