The guarantee covers manufacturing faults in normal use at home. Keep your order number somewhere safe and we can find your purchase if you ever need us.

The Teramo vertical carries the same sculpted panel face up the wall. The narrow widths suit an awkward gap, and the wider double panel sizes put out enough heat for a large living space. It is a straightforward way to add warmth without giving up much wall.
