If it isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return.
It needs to come back unused and in its original packaging, with your receipt or order number.
Made to order colours are powder coated for your order, so those fall outside the 30 day window. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned either.
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, tell us as soon as it lands and we'll put it right. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

A rail that holds its own on the wall.
The Belluno comes in a single 1000 x 450mm size with a distinctive frame, so there is no sizing to work out. At 2,265 BTU it puts out a fair amount of heat for a rail of its size, enough to take the edge off a small bathroom. The frame is the point here, so it works best on a wall where you will actually see it.
